Up until about a year ago she loved to have her picture taken, but after her cancer started to turn a darker color, (unknown at the time) she asked that I Photoshop it out. The photos and the surgery is a giant step for her coming to terms with yet another illness, and perhaps an illness that might change her permanent looks. To safely remove the cancer they have to remove the size of a quarter from under her eye then lift tuck and whatever to make it look normal. She may need more surgery afterwards to finish anything that may not look right after she heals. This is not an attempt to gross anyone out nor are we looking for a pity party, just a very important day in our lives and we thank you for letting us share a look into our personal life. I will be doing a 365 photo on Thursday, but may be posting late.
