STAY FOCUSED!)</p><p></p><p>This 1st one, I wanted to mess with one of the "slightly over-exposed" ideas that I had. Catch a dandelion in the sunlight, and allow it to <em>glow like the sun</em> since it is a sign of Spring, after all.</p><p></p><p>[ATTACH=full]81554[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>Then, just testing the close-up detail of the nifty fifty. Got as close as I could and still get a focus, then cropped heavily. This shot, and the shot before, helped me notice details on a dandelion that I've never noticed before, and that's what made me want to get CLOSER with the kit lens, so out I ran again!!</p><p></p><p>[ATTACH=full]81553[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>EXTREME crop for a VERY close look! Didn't really get the perfect spot like I hoped, but still got a couple of different looks. <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" /> (barely cropped, just from the in-cam 4x6 to a 4x5(8x10) as that's how close the 18-55 can focus!)</p><p></p><p>[ATTACH=full]81557[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>There are even beautiful details on the underside! Such detail, and never noticed 99.9% of the time. Of course, it's hard to see normally...
