[QUOTE="crashton, post: 710351, member: 13133"] Thanks for the info on the past railroads in the Carey area. I knew about the C&O, but hadn't a clue about that little station like building. I had been wondering what it was. The AC&Y used to run west to its terminus in [COLOR=#545454][FONT=Roboto]Delphos. I'm not sure when they pulled up the tracks west of Carey, but from the looks of it must have been a long time ago. I sure wish I'd have been there to see those FM engines. Nothing there either, but I passed a stopped train on the way there. Man was it looong, some many rural crossings were blocked. Turned around & when I got back to Deshler I caught that train going onto the Toledo sub. After those pictures I was about to head home when the train I saw going to Hamler was starting to move.
