[QUOTE="crashton, post: 696279, member: 13133"] Took these on my last trip north to Bellevue OH. 757 is back home where she will rest on home rails. From what I gather NW donated 757 to the city in 1958, but the city didn't have a place to properly display her. In 1960 she was off to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania where she sat outside rotting in the elements until February of this year when she finally came back home. A group of hard core volunteers got her road worthy enough that she could be towed home with a 25 mph speed limit. The morning of Feb 14 she was parked up where she now sits. I doubt she will ever be under steam again, but it's wonderful to see the big Berkshire 2-8-4 where she belongs having started her career here.
