Made a couple of purchase recently but nothing too terribly exciting. Picked up a Tamrac Zuma 3 camera bag: Tamrac Zuma 3 Photo/iPad Shoulder Messenger Bag 5723 (Black/Burgundy) Should make a nice little bag to carry around some extra lenses while I'm out and about. I have a lowepro 200 AW lens exchange case that I attached to the MAS loops on the side, works great for switching out my 70-200mm with a smaller lens and then back again while on the move. The rest of the bag has plenty of space for extra batteries, a filter or two, my teleconverters, but it's not so big that it's cumbersome to carry so it's a nice to have as a lens carrier. My second most recent purchase, a B+W 77mm Digital Clear MRC-Nano 007. I don't normally use protective filters on my lenses but I got asked to do a shoot of the local VFW doing some training, they'll be burning down an old condemned building. Having shot a forest fire or two way back in the dark ages I've had a run in or two with flying, burning debris so figured it would be worth a few bucks to have it on hand so I can throw it on the 70-200mm 2.8 VR.
