[QUOTE="Fortkentdad, post: 543494, member: 24285"] Well not nearly as exciting or as much fun as my recent lens acquisitions - and not "new" but new-to-me. Stopped in at the used camera store in Edmonton (Classic Camera Exchange) where the elderly gentleman who I presume to be the owner is always there for some good old school conversation and advice. Picked up no less than 3 x 52mm, 2 x 62mm, 1 x 67mm and one 82mm filters, all either UV or clear protector. All either HOYA, Tiffen and one Kenko. In a vintage leather (at least if feels like leather) pouch for 9 filters. Total bill $63 CDN. All were used but we checked each one out carefully and no scratches or damage to the threads. And for a filter that's all that matters - besides the basic quality. First purpose is as a low level light stand for either a flash or my LED light. But will come in handy for situations where my full sized tripod is too big.
