Watched a Youtube interview of Don Komarechka https://www.donkom.ca/ where he talks about how he does his snowflake macro's and others - he talked briefly about the Pringle Can flash modifier. So having a urgent need to eat Pringles I had to make one and try it out. Works. Pulled out my two dedicated macro lenses (Nikkor 60mm & 105mm) and even dusted off a set of magnifying filters I had from years ago. Brand "Image"?? but they were "made in Japan". And tried out my latest "purchase" a repurposed Pringles Can - total cost $1.99 not counting the chips. I also used a second flash for some of the photos. And no I did not make note of which images had the magnifiers and which ones I used. Not that meticulous. The 52mm filters only fit onto the 105mm so obviously not used on any image at 60mm. parrot feathers water on a raspberry More going into "post your macros".
