I belong to the one where all of my lenses have Hoya HMC filters in front of them except my 16mm fisheye for obvious reasons, and two longest, my 300mm f/2.8 and 600mm f/4 AIS, but that is only because (1) they are HUGE, the 600mm especially, and (2) they are already built in to each lens. I often work in sandy and windy environments and it is a whole lot easier and cheaper to replace a filter than a front element.</blockquote>
