My best photo of the year I shot on the last day of the year. It's the last shot I do each year, some stupid thing I do with no good reason. The buildings are from the wild west days and the businesses take good care of them. This pizza parlor is a really popular place with a cult following here in Utah and around the world. The pizza is good, but it has something special about it that just seems to connect with people. The photo is a composite of people coming and going over the course of an hour. There were a lot more people, but I could only use very few shots because of the cars passing through constantly. To the right of light pole are three gentleman that I believe are homeless. As they went by they stopped to ask me if I was taking a photograph (why do people ask that when you have a camera pointed at something?) and if I would take their picture. I answered yes to both and told them if they wanted to me to take their picture they needed to go stand across the street, and they did. For that reason, and I doubt they will ever see this picture, I had to include them.
