Check it out, if you look closely some insect (katydid maybe?) seems to be offering itself up as lunch for the young 'uns. (P.S. looks much better prior to resize for web)

Since I am vehicle less as it is in the garage, and I can not get out to shoot so I was looking through some of my pictures and came across one I didn't remember. The look on mom, the great horned owls face is funny. Like "What in the world are you doing?" Nikon D300. Nikon 200-500 @ 500. F8. ISO 1600. 1/400 sec.

Look, she even has an insect in her mouth! Sweet! I was so far away I had no idea. All I could make out was the yellow.
