The place used to be part of a sanatorium that was built in the late 1920`s. 35 years ago they shut it down and sold the whole works to a developer whom resold it, been 4 different owners since. The old structure are still standing and in good condition. The place was self contained had it`s own farm, mini ranch with beef, sheep & chickens, they also had their own butcher, blacksmith. A power generating plant sewage treatment etc. Literally a small self contain city.</p></blockquote><p></p>
