It's been cropped and has had the overall exposure lifted using a Levels Adjustment. The shadow that was falling across her face and eye's have been lightened about half, to three-quarters of a stop on top of that, using the Adjustment Brush in Camera Raw. Then I did a tiny bit of dodging and burning on the tip of her nose and cheeks. Looking at it now I'm not entirely happy with the crop but here ya go.
