Pocket wizard issue

I would like to mount my SB-910 to my Mini TT1 and fire my SB-700 on a Flex TT5 but for some reason the 700
will not fire. Once the 910 removed from the TT1 the 700 fires no prob. I would love to have the 700 fire while having the 910 on camera as well. Mainly for first dance shots at weddings. Btw I have also tried swapping positions of each speed light... Same issue there as well. And if it
matters, I am using a D600 for this setup.

Any by help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you have to set them up through the computer to work together within the 2 systems. Did you try try that? It's some kind of mode I wanna say you have to change. Check out pocket wizrds's site. I know I've seen a video on this.
