play back and menu disabled?

We just spent the day at disney and my Nikon D3200 is acting weird

I can't playback my photos, and I can't access the shooting menu.

Live view works, but all the other buttons on the back don't work.

I can take pics, but I can't review them.

All the buttons on the top work, but only the LV seems to work on the back.

Any help is appreciated.
