11-16-13: It was such a beautiful morning today that I enjoyed just sitting on the porch watching the birds visiting the bird feeder and the trees and bushes right nearby. For some reason, this little chickadee did not want it's picture taken. I have a whole bunch of photos where only his/her beak or tail are visible. Hide and Seek This guy was rather more co-operative. ) Bird's Eye View As was this guy. :) I took this photo this afternoon. I think it is one of the few times I was able to get a photo of a black bird that looked like more than a silhouette. I was really surprised that this guy's eye was actually visible. :) Eye Spy This mourning dove decided to stop by and see what all the bird fuss was. It was watching me watch it. :) Morning Bird
