Message: <blockquote data-quote="piperbarb" data-source="post: 156880" data-attributes="member: 12214">I feel like it sometimes, but, no.  I live in a town that does not have trash removal as part of the town services.  People have to contract for their own trash removal.  Most of the stuff I have found has been in the woods 30 years or more, when it was still legal to dump trash in the woods as a form of garbage removal.  Most people have been using trash removal companies for years, but a few, like my neighbor across the road, still refuses to.  On garbage night, after dark, he used to have his children distribute their bags of garbage on the neighbors.  I caught them one night, and put the bags of garbage back on his lawn.  After that, they didn't use us as free trash removal.</blockquote>
