6-1-13: Today is an interesting potpourri of pictures. Gee, second day in a row that I took my camera out with me when I took the dog out in the morning and there was something interesting to photograph. :) I am not sure if this crow is Heckle or Jeckle, just sitting on a utility pole. Hey, Heckle, Where Are You? Okay, the gaggle of geese showcased below is the same ones as in post #454. Same pond, same geese, different day. Generations Family Outing The crow, and both geese photos were taken with my D7000, AF-S 55-200mm Nikkor non-VR lens, ISO 200, f/10 (for the crow), and f/9 (for the geese). My rhododendron is finally in full bloom. The first photo is the way it actually looks. In the second one, I played with selective color. This photo was taken with my D7000, AI 35mm f/1.4 Nikkor lens (yes, manual focus but pinpoint sharp), ISO 200, f/8, 1/640 s.
