Its a af 70-300mm f/4-5.6 di lens. i think the birdhouse and boat is my fav one.was a nice day so went walking.about

hi, pics look good from that lens, i have been looking at buying that one too, what do you think of it compared to the nikon kit lens, how is it at full zoom?is it sharp? how does it compare with the nikon on focus speed and noise, have you tried the macro setting yet.
i was torn between this lens and the nikon 55-200 vr lens, both similar price but i would like the extra zoom if possible

I borrowed the same lens but, have hade soft edges and chromatic abberation. Went and bought a Quantaray for $46 and it works better. Your pics came out better then the ones I shot.

hi well i dont have a tripod at moment what i really need to see the full sharpness at full zoom.but some shots come out well.depends how shakey i am lol.autofocus is noisy.i aint had much luck with the macro to be honest dont know if its me or what.im new to all this so.but they r the best shots iv took with it was a ncie day too.i quite like the kit lens to be honest iv had some good shots out of it! i not sure what the 55-200 is like as its nikon and vr i would of thought it would be nice!
