Photoshop Elements

What is the difference between Elements 13 & Elements 13 Premier ? Is there any functionality differences or enhancements ?

If I'm not mistaken, Elements 13 is about photos.... and Premier is about making/editing Videos...

Correct... Photoshop Elements is for digital photography and Premiere Elements is for digital video editing.
