What phone apps do you use that help you with photography? They don't need to specifically be photography apps--just ones you use to help you make decisions.
One that @BackdoorHippie mentioned a very long time ago is TrueDoF. Eventually they changed what was available in the free version by taking away some of the important things and put them into a paid version. I wound up buying the paid version so I could wrap my head around the DoF with my 300mm lens coupled with the 1.4 teleconverter.
Sky Guide is a paid app for viewing stars ($2.99). I haven't yet tried it out, but I heard it was good.
All Trails is a free app to identify local trails. Since the northern part of the USA is heading into fall, that means the foliage will be changing soon.
