Don, I'd go with a luster type paper. I believe that it is a more traditional finish for wedding photographs.

So, the father of the bride asked to see all of the shots.... Is the mother of the bride not speaking to you? (Not that it's any of my business, but I've wondering how the shoot went.)

I wish your son and his new bride many years of happiness and prosperity.
