Opinions on my website please ?

My only gripe with the website - and, I know, I'm a luddite on this and no one else agrees with me, is that it requires my browser to be wider than I usually keep it, so I get side scrolling, in particular the text on the home page. Everyone else in the world apparently browses with the window open full screen, but I usually have several windows open and flip back and forth, so a 'wide' website is kind of annoying to me.

Thank you - Yeah its a hard thing to get right to narrow and it looks naff to wide and it annoys people. I think there is some script available to auto detect your monitor size or something and adjust to suit so maybe something I should check

Well, if it requires resorting to scripts, then I'd just let it go - they often cause more problems than they solve. (I'm a fan of "simpler is better" when it comes to websites - not that new tech can't be used, but the more complex we make something the less likely it'll work reliably cross-platform...

Just to be clear, I do like your site! If I were getting married, again, and lived in your area, I'd definitely want to talk to you more.

I think some sites just have the window area in the middle and a background around the side so it covers everyone
