One year completed!

Hey everybody! Today marks my being smoke free for a whole year! I still have cravings sometimes, but not enough to tempt me to smoke again! WooHoo!!!

Congratulations Bill! Quitting cigarettes is one of the hardest things to do, but as you know now, it's so worth it. Don't you feel a million times better? I know I did when I quit years ago.
