I always upload my best photos to Flickr but have recently started shooting in RAW, so as RAW files are Hugh what options do i have?

I have a Blu-ray writer and will use M-disks to store them.

It's more expensive than drives (some 220$ for 50*25GB) but they don't age, break down, or are as interesting to steal as the rest of your equipment.

With Carbonite you decide what folders are uploaded so I upload ALL my photos from both my wife and me. That includes all the RAW and edited files. I also include all user files like documents, movies etc. You get unlimited storage and once you set what files are stored it is all automated so you really don't have to do anything anymore other than make sure that it is still connected and that your computer is on and online. I leave the computer that is for editing on all the time.

i am currently uploading my photos to flickr. I like how they stores the files, i can look at files by date or
category/tags. Makes it nice for me since i am highly unorganized and i have 40,000 files to upload. Only thing i am not liking is upload speed, uploading for 2 weeks 12,000+ files 75+ gb's. At home i am using a couple of 4 tb external hard drives.

Nikonpup two weeks, thats what i want to avoid, i have an upload and download limit with my ISP so it might be better to buy external drives.

I have 2 internal 2TB HDD's and a 2TB NAS drive. When I import my files from the camera they go straight onto the 2 x internal drives. Backup to NAS when I have PP them and stored them in there relevant folders. Cloud upload is way to slow for the amount of GB's I use. But here is the most important part, all files are backed up to a 2TB external drive which I keep offsite at a neighbors house. So I'm covered for fire, flood burglary at mine as I the chances that two places will be hit at the same time are minimal. External drives are cheap.
