Mac's own built in Editor...  Explore its options... It has a mini Camera Raw type editor, but most handy it lets you crop and resize an image in about 3 clicks.  Now, I don't suggest you use as a real editor for your photos, but use it for those quick edits to pic.s that you download or take with a cell phone and want to post to the web.... that only accepts certain small sized images...
