I'm not new here, but I have been away for a while... 2 years? Anyway, when I left I wasn't in a very good mood :sorrow: I had the D600 with shutter problems which was replace with the D610 eventually, then Nikon service problems, money problems, etc... and to top it off I had just fallen off a ladder and shattered my ankle and heal which required 2 surgeries for pins and plates and nerve stripping. Couldn't go hiking so I decided to sell all my gear and try the Sony a6300. That lasted a few months. Then the fires hit northern California and central Oregon. I couldn't go hiking due to the smoke! Then NAS started to hit me and I started missing Nikon DSLRs. The Sony was fun... but one thing I couldn't get used to was the artificial view finder :nonchalance: Anyway, excellent camera and I think I would have it for a backup if needed. Nikon may do mirrorless later this year. I may try it, but I won't give up my DSLR again. Someone slap me if I start talking that way. I am slowly building up my gear. This time I kind of know what it is I want and can forgo the trial error period. Anyway, for those who remember... sorry for my mood. For those who forgot... What? And for those who weren't here yet, Howdy. :encouragement:
