Not much action in here

My first post in Nikonites, despite being a Nikon shooter for 15 years, somehow I never came by. D70S, D300, Df, D750, Z6 has been my progression!

The Df always holds a special place. The grip for me was always too small, but the sensor divine. Later on I found a grip add on, but its not great.

Like @Iansky above, I used the 24-120 f4 often, even though that is probably a bit too big of a lens in terms of weight and balance.

I recently got the Df out with a 105 2.5 AiS.... fun!

I suspect there are a few here with a Df kicking around!

Hi everyone,

Just to share that I managed to get a MINT copy of the Df in black and with very low shutter count too.

I recently bought one brand new as a lightweight alternative to my digital medium format camera system I use for work.

The Df is nice and lightweight and still packs a great sensor albeit with a low pixel count, which actually is nice when using older Ai-S lenses. The 16 megapixels is still more than what I'd get out of a Kodak Portra 400 scan with my Nikon Coolscan 4000, sur that gives me a 24 megapixel file but the grain diminishes it.

All in all I really like the camera and am amazed not more people shoot it.
Happy shooting.
