Not everyone w/ a camera is a photographer

First, let me make clear that I did not take this photo. It was taken by a staff photographer for the media group that I work for, which owns several local newspapers. The publication shown here is the "group" publication.

This is just ridiculous...and on the COVER no less.

The same guy who wouldn't run some of my photos of the trapeze artists during our county fair because the men were wearing tights.

Oh, the irony.

Are they racing baby cows? Is the little boy this cows pit crew? Why is the date as big as the headline? Is Acappella a singing group? When are the Fair Days? Why is the subject of the photo top center and cut off? Does the county fair involve a long drive on a curvy road around cows? I have so many questions. lol

My favorite is the person holding the milk bottle in their crotch w/ a little kid holding onto it.

Looks like it had some heavy duty photoshop applied to it. The "Adult" legs look like they were photographed at different times with different light.
Are they standing on a platform? I've never known any kid that age (guessing 4) that was that much taller than a calf. Maybe the calf had short legs.

I guess this "photographer" is fully assed then. Photographer is in quotes for a reason.
It is really a shame because this has the making of a pretty cute photo.
