The only thoughts I have are 1) the background isn't completely white, maybe a stop or 2 under lit, and 2) her shirt gets lost in the background. I was reading in a link that I believe you posted about portrait photography and they touched on that a bit. White on white and black on black. Face is nicely lit and overall that's a great shot.
