After over a week they got back to me claiming that the scan was unreadable, which was nonsense.I went to the local library and photocopied the documents and sent them back by mail. Another week passed and Nikon returned the documents with a letter claiming that only the VR lens was included in the Cashback scheme but I could appeal.So once again I resent the documents along with a letter stating that Currys PC World site clearly said that this lens was included.
