I finally got it to install. I tried the day it came out to no success. Download went pretty quickly for me, no issues there. When I tried to install it, it just quit, no error. Tried to open it, nothing, then tried to reinstall, it had an option to repair installation, I am not sure if I tried that right away, but it just quit the install, no error message. I gave up. Tonight I tried to uninstall, it said the installer was installing a program. I looked at nikonusa.com at the link from my first post from this thread to see if there was info or an update, it looked like the same version of the program, so I didn't download again. Closed my browser (Firefox), which was open during other install attempts and restarted Windows. Uninstalled, no message saying the installer was installing, uninstall successful! Reinstalled without browser running, successfully! Opened it up, success! I don't do much post processing, so I didn't play with it much mostly because I don't know what I am doing. I would say to reboot before you try to install and don't open other programs. My laptop is better than the recommended requirements, software and drivers up to date, no aftermarket antivirus programs installed. I may be overlooking something. There is a readme file when installing, it says it has info not contained in the help file, you may want to read it. Hopefully, this works right. This is my first (not a picture) file upload and I converted it from rtf file format to text. Rob
