Nikon ES-2 slide/negative Digitizer

Hello

I recently acquired the ES-2 Digitizer and the Nikon 60 f/2.8 AF-D macro glass. I scanned a few slides in the D780 with it, and they look quite good. However, when I scan color negatives, how do I go about processing them to re-acquire the proper colors?
