Nikon D750 recording problem

Hello,

I have a Nikon D750 + Nikkor 70-200 f 2.8.
I am currently having a problem with video recording, when I enter film mode in lv mode the red record button does not cause the video to record. About a year ago there were no problems with this. I have tried recording with a different lens, battery and memory card, unfortunately to no avail. The memory card is 128 GB and is now clean after formatting. The camera settings were also formatted. The red button may have a different function with the dial, so it's unlikely there's a problem with the button itself either.

What could be the problem that I can't record anything?

Setup menu: F9 is where you can assign a custom function to the Record button. But it is all hold button down and turn a dial type functions, so I presume they work by long-press is the custom function, quick press is recording start.

Try jabbing the button more quickly? You can also assign the main shutter release button to start video. (G4)

I’ve tried to click the recording button more quickly. Also I’vetried to set the main shutter release button to start a video, but that didnt work as well.
