Along with the fresh batteries, I also reset the custom settings to default while I'm testing so I know it won't be user error. I'm hoping it's the battery or my own inexperience. In fairness to the D600, it's my first FF camera and the jump from a D90 is quite steep still. There will be lots of learning with this new body.Aside from that, I'm really impressed by how solid and good it feels on my hands. I can live without the grip for a while. I'll post up some sample photos tonight..</blockquote>
