nikon 70-300mm af

Hey I have come across a nikkon 70-300mm af lens for 75$ CDN.
I already have a 18-200 VRII but was wondering if anyone thought this would be worth the small investment say just for the extra reach?
BTW i have a D7000

I would buy it for that price.I don't think that anyone could rent a lens for that price to try it out.When you get the lens,try it and if you find that it's just not for you,resell it for $75.00.Good Luck.

$75 is on the high side for that lens. I have that lens and to be honest it sucks. The autofocus is extremely slow and it's full of distortions at the long end. I would sell it but I doubt I could get more than $45 for it.

Don't waste the postage. I had one and would rather not take photos than use it. Sold it after two uses.
