It is $2,810.00 but if you show your passport they will take out 5%, so that would be around $2,670. I tried it with my D800E and took a couple of shots at f2. I'll bring my passport once I return next week.
That's one reason why tripods were invented!!Reminds me of a visit to the Nikon booth at MacWorld a few years ago. They had a D3 with the 200mm F/2 mounted on it. I could barely lift that combination to take a picture. Yes, I am a weakling; thanks for noticing.
