Fact = they only take from the 'healthy'.</p><p>Mike died Sept 4th -almost a year ago.</p><p></p><p>So - WalkQuest2020 - almost came into it's own being ! Hope is ; to get to 165lbs ,and a note from my doctor "No more signs of 'on-set' diabies" . I have herd of people loosing weight and their diabetis going away !</p><p>So realistic = a year to year and a half.</p><p>So I targeted Sept. 4th of 2020 at 9:45pm</p><p></p><p>I am at day 29 of my walking ; I will show pics I have taken on these walks ; cameras ; Oly. Pen F , Oly. P1 INFRARED, and a camera I love that I got at a yard sale for $10. ; a Samsung Gallaxy 2 in GREAT shape !
