I like the out of focus background and the bird is sharp. Now, the photo would look a lot better (IMHO) if it would be cropped square and the bird left on the right side of the crop. The other thing, a picture of a bird is like a portrait of a person. If you take the shot from the back, it kind of defeats the intention unless you're going for a special effect. If only there was a catchlight in the bird's eye, but it's difficult to see it's eye.
So this is about all I can say for now. Thanks for posting.
