If this is duplicating my previous post, which seems to have disappeared, I apologise.
I have a new Zf, duly registered, and I can download the Studio software but it only installs Transfer. I’m on a new Windows 11 laptop. It completes the whole process but only puts a Transfer icon on my desktop, nor is Studio available on my program list. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all

Hello and welcome!

On the software, you are likely looking for NX studio (hope so) I am adding a link to the Nikon download site (I'm in the US) the software should load on win 11 but before it will open you will need a Nikon account (free to set up and noncost) you should find a register link if and when it ask you to sign in.


Have you gotten this far?
PS the Nikon account you may already have won't open the software - this is real strange and most are complaining. You can use the same credentials if you like and it will work but the software requires a new registration (no idea why they did this)

Ok - there were reports of some install issues on windows. I did not have any issues myself. If I can find anything I will post back

In an effort to help (and catch up where you are)

Is your windows 11 a preinstalled 64bit version? - This is important.

I can suggest some free software to help you enjoy your ZF with photo post processing if you like.

Forgive this question just like to know before making suggestions - what is your comfort level with your computer skills?

IE- Do you know how to look at your app data folder to check and possibly remove install data?

I found the same thing happened with me.
