Howdy!
Looooong time Sony user here. My previous cameras were Sony H1 and H3 models, and when I switched to DSLR, naturally went with a Sony a330. As I've started taking my photography more seriously, I quickly found the limitations of an entry-level camera. Last week I grabbed my bootstraps (and wallet!) and purchased the Nikon D90. I'll never look back...I love this camera.
On a personal note, I'm a 35 year old single parent, college student, and budding photographer. I have no allusions to "turning pro" at this point, but would like to hone my skills and eventually earn some side income with my photos.
