Not sure if these are new as much as extensions of last month's discounts. Outside of the 70-200mm, which I'm still pondering the fit of, there's thankfully nothing tempting the heck out of me at the moment. For that I have the new Sigma 120-300mm.

yeah,, I spoke to a camera store yesterday, and they mentioned that they were getting an extension to their discount, but something about not until next week.

I ordered the 85mm from the last sale, but it hasn't been in stock anywhere yet... We'll see if Adorama honors the sale price, or just cancels the order...

Why would they cancel the order? The rebates were extended until the 31st so if you order anything before then you should get the sale price no matter when it ships.

I placed an order for some of the on sale lenses from B&H back on March 1. Two of them (85 1.8, 24-120VR) were backordered and those items shipped today. Maybe this is a sign Nikon is providing stores more stock.

I hope so... I double checked Amazon this morning, and their status for the 85mm moved from "Orders shipped in One to FOUR months" to In-Stock, but Adorama is still showing "out of Stock back-ordered"...
