Preferably a D7000 or D7100 from a reputable dealer or from the Nikon Store. Add a 40mm Nikon micro and something like a 55-300 for longer shots. All of these items can be purchased refurbished for less money. Then start  shooting as often as possible. I suggest either one of these two cameras because they will give you more options for lenses down stream. And of course you can post photos on this site for critical review. Welcome aboard.
