Hey everyone. New armature photographer from SD. My wife is doing the professional stuff. We are defiantly Nikon fans, hence why I'm here. A little about myself, I'm a corrections officer with the SD state pen, I served 4 years in the Marine Corps, and love taking pictures of buildings and objects. My wife does photography full time now and is a stay at home mom. Thats about it. Hope to meets lots of new people.

Welcome to Nikonites, shrek. You did mean "amateur" photographer, right, and not "armature? :) That's OK.....we have all kinds of photographers here.....we don't discriminate. ;)

I guess an "armature" photographer would be someone who really gets wound around their photograpy! ;)
