I had it and even in good light, the 70-200mm f4 (a $1500 lens) would occasionally hunt. The 55mm did better but still for the price of the camera, not worth it. Also the high ISO in my real world use was just OK, not world changing like all the online reviews would have you believe. A d7200 would be good and in a decent price range. Full frame would be a bit better too if you can swing it. The d750 is amazing. D500 is nice in high ISO in my experience so far and would be worth getting if you need a big buffer too but probably not worth the premium if you're not needing that.
