Lol But I think it would depend on what you want out of your backup camera! If your just looking to backup your D600 then I'd say another D600 would be the way to go! But if your wanting to make use of the advantages a different model might offer, then I would say either go up to a D800/D800e used or to a DX model like the D7100! Considering cost is a very important part of what you can or can't get, I would recommend the D7100!
