My real name is Eric Walton, apparently.

It's said that we all have a doppelganger somewhere in the world - I found mine today. A Facebook page updated and I see this picture of myself and an acquaintance from a long time ago, but I don't remember the picture and I would rather cut off my own face than take a selfie - BUT I RECOGNIZE MYSELF. My wife looks at the picture and recognizes me as well. I look closer at the picture and if it weren't for the different glasses frame, IT'S ME!

The guy in the black shirt. When I get the chance this weekend I will upload a picture of myself. I really don't have any like this as I'm always behind the camera.

I saw the photo on Facebook and was thinking the guy in the ht does not look a thing like you. I would have sworn the guy in the black shirt was you.

Maybe you have been drinking to much and having blackout spells and going places and doing things you don't remember.

Over on Facebook, a friend of mine that knows me thought it was me in the picture (black shirt) and thought I was saying the guy in the hat was my doppelganger.

This is why I don't do FB. I'm confused enough as it is. Besides, I've already found myself and don't need anyone to find me. :cower:

When Brad Pitt was a big star, I would get stopped all the time by beautiful women asking me for my autograph. It was a real pain in the butt, so I understand the problem of being mistaken for someone else.

From what I read we all have 3 to 4 people that resemble us very closely running around somewhere, it is just a genetically statistical fact.
With face recognition on facebook we risk indeed to find them more often now.
