What an interesting thread. I can honestly say that I am in the group that needs to shed a few pounds. Like someone already stated it is so much easier and quicker to put it on than it is to take it off. I have had success with various diets over the years. Once the goal is hit and maintained for a while, it gets easier to fink a little more often and the next thing you know the weight is back. Most of my life I have YoYo'd with the weight. I am now trying to get back on the downward swing. If I keep the weight down the blood pressure usually gets down to where it should be (Unless those who know better have changed/lowered what numbers are good again. Ha!) I keep hearing it is a lifestyle change that needs to happen. After 60 plus years it is hard to make a lifestyle change. Ha! As the years keep taking their toll, what else is there to do for fun and enjoyment, but to eat. Ha! Reading all of this gave me a thought above and beyond this thread. Maybe for the next monthly photo challenge some beginning and progression"Biggest Loser" type photos...... Nah!!! Maybe not. Ha!
