My D5500 malfunctioned

Good morning to all the members here. Just want to ask for a help. My D5500 suddenly malfunctioned. Touch screen, live view, info, play, menu, record are not working. Can anybody suggest what is the best thing to do aside from bringing it to shop. Thanks.

I have to ask the obvious first. Is it turned on and are you getting any sort of indication that the power is on? If not then check your Manual and see how to do a Full Factory reset. If that does not work then send it in to the shop. Is is still under warranty?
