More new Nik-Goggle items

In addition to giving us Analog Efex Pro, they have also added new presets to Silver Efex Pro. But in the processes, they also erased my favorites. I've not tried HDR pro yet but wouldn't be surprised if there's a few new ones in there, too.

I did read that if you re-install then you should save your presets. I didn't have any so I didn't worry about it. I did do the re-install because the new modules didn't show up automatically on my Mac.

Well, the thing is I didn't re-install my Nik, rather Nik went ahead and added a few things to my collection and while adding additional presets in Silver Efex, they ended up removing my favorites list. I'm okay re-favoriting (if you will) my favorite presets but it would have been nice if they at least gave us all a head's up.

Wow, that's disappointing, Dave. I've been out of office since yesterday morning so I haven't played with it. If it happened to me I'm assuming I might be able to get them back from a Time Machine backup. I'd ping Google/Nik support and see what they have to say about it. I certainly can see someone doing in a re-install, but not on an automatic update.

OK, well I checked and all my Presets and Recipes are still there, and I did the reinstall. I'd definitely ping tech support and see if there's something that can be done to recover them. Perhaps they're still there but just not being found?

I didn't notice any specific new presets in Silver, Color or HDR Efex, but that doesn't mean they weren't there.
