This is not the cheapest setup you could go with, but it's good stuff and works really, really well. I'm not all that fond of the 496RC2 ball-head and will replace it at some point but I'm living with it for now. I wish I had followed the advice of so many and simply spent the money I needed to on a good tripod ball-head combination like I have now right from the start... It would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation....</blockquote>
